TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The SMVCA Board of Directors reserves the right to increase dues from time to time to offset rising costs.
  2. Dues, fees and assessments shall be fixed by the Board from time to time. Dues shall be paid in advance.
  3. Resignation shall be in writing, 30 days in advance of your next renewal/ anniversary date. Resignation shall not relieve a member of the obligation to pay any and all past due dues, assessments or other charges unpaid at time of resignation.
  4. If membership dues are delinquent for 45 day, membership will be terminated for non-payment. A new initiation fee will be required upon reinstatement.
  5. Members who wish to cancel are required to notify the Association in writing and pay all due invoices.
  6. If accepted for membership, applicant becomes subject to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of this association and hereby agrees to hold harmless any and all Board of Directors, members, or officers, monetary or litigation wise, when said directors are transacting the business of the association.
